Picked up my ring today, couldn't be any more thrilled. Luis and his wife were great. From the first day I came into the store, Luis took 3 hours working on the design. He was very patient. Said he will have the ring designed and made within the quoted time, and he did. I'm also very pleased with the quality. The setting is exactly what we agreed on. Perfect!
